Don't Give In “Math test?” I questioned, dropping my trey next to my friend Carlson and sliding into the seat beside him. A corndog hung out of his mouth, temporarily forgotten as he scribbled an equation onto the paper before him. Math books and study guides took up more than his fair share of the table, and I shoved one aside to make room for my milk carton.

For those of you who don't know, this is Stellamonika (or just Nika) from my story Demonika that I have been posting on DA. If you haven't read it, please check out the first chapter below! (There is a summary in the description so you can see if it sounds interesting before you commit yourself!)

I suppose I should have known from the start that the girl I found sitting in a dark, damp alley that night so long ago was a demon. Perhaps I was too young to put two and two together, or maybe I was too angry at my parents to care. This is good, I prefer graphite and/or pen drawings, they have more character.
Also I have just realised that I have missed 2 chapters of the Novel/story/acceptablewordwhichconveysmymeaning so I will get to them as soon as I can.

I tend to prefer them as well. One of the artists I mentioned, Atomixart, has a whole gallery full of beautiful, shiny digital art. Yet I find myself most attracted to his tiny "traditional" folder.
